Building Security

We wish to advise that security officers will now be routinely patrolling the McWhirters Apartment complex between the hours of 9pm and 5am.

These officers will be maintaining a security presence for the benefit of residents:

• monitoring reasonable levels of noise,
• looking out for unauthorised behaviour, and
• checking building security at entries and fire doors.

The security officers will report any relevant incidents or circumstances to the Body Corporate Committee. Any necessary follow-up action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of our by-laws.
